At ACE Health Clinic, we value the time of both our patients and practitioners. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all patients, we have implemented the following appointment policy.
Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellation / No-Show
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled patients. Full appointment fees may still apply.
ACC Appointments
For patients attending under ACC, missed appointments without sufficient notice may still incur a late cancellation fee, as ACC does not cover missed appointment costs.
